Can we ever avoid the fatal mistake,
of judging another we feel is a fake
by calling him out and telling him off
Then clearing our throat with a slightly heard cough
We tell him how we compare to his life
How he isn't a father and not even his wife
respects who he is and he's a failure thus far
and it was even yourself who sold him his car
Without others he's nothing
A mooch and a drag
You've been self sufficient
and that's what you brag
How you're all together
and he's all apart
He grumbles and listens
So now you really can start
To point out the flaws
each decision gone wrong
to the point that your wailing
like you're singing a song
But while you are deep
in your judgement so cruel
you fail to take notice
that this isn't a duel
It's you and your target
This man you show hate
This man you describe
as not worth the wait
He rarely fires back
He responds with suprise
and wonders how you
can spout off such lies
You don't know my life
You don't live my days
You never came by
and witnessed my ways
You don't know my heart
You don't know my life
You don't know my sons
and you don't know my wife.
You could have come by
You could have stopped in
You could have been nice
that's a good place to begin
Think of the words
The things you just said
and the way they'll be with you
until you are dead
The words of a stupid
and ignorant lot
who spewed all his venom
with out any thought
Does it make you that much
better of a man
to harm anothers heart
the worst that you can
It only reveals
A hole in your mind
that will never be filled
by being unkind
of judging another we feel is a fake
by calling him out and telling him off
Then clearing our throat with a slightly heard cough
We tell him how we compare to his life
How he isn't a father and not even his wife
respects who he is and he's a failure thus far
